School Leadership- term 3, 2023.

Dear All,

Effective schools are about process and not about individuals. An Individual alone can never run a school effectively as it can be too overwhelming at times.  

 Therefore, it is important to have leadership structures clearly defined so that responsibilities are distributed, and each leader is accountable for their actions. It also releases the pressure on one or two people to deliver the outcomes.

Distributed leadership is more effective, accountable, and responsive.

Effectively, all HMs/LCs are required to discuss with Admins first and then with  rest of the staff to clearly identify the school leaders for different functions, describe and distribute responsivity and submit the details via the form below:

The last date of submission is WEDNESDAY 11/10/2023.

Please have the list displayed in School office. Also ensure each official knows their roles clearly and have a file where they keep in their reports.  This will be part of DAS FIT Final inspections for term 3, 2023.
