KEY DELVIERABLES THIS COMING WEEK

 

Good evening, Colleagues,

Following pertinent issues need your attention:

1-      Internal staff evaluation:

All Heads of school – who have not completed the INTERNAL ASSESSMENT of teachers and have not given them feedback in person please do so without fail.

Kindly keep the feedback file duly signed by you and the teacher for records and for next set of feedback.

Do so by MONDAY CLOSE OF THE DAY.

2-      School Management Committee:

2.1 Those who have not submitted the list so far need to send it via email by Tuesday.

2.2 Those who have we shall update you on the next steps.

3-      Internal DAS FIT

3.1 Please commence internal DAS FIT assessments.

-          Learners notebooks needs to be thoroughly checked for quantity and quality of works

-          Learners homework book needs to be checked for homework and marking

-          Student files need to be checked as well.

-          Please RAISE RED FLAGS and share them via Daly reports

 4. Primary Seven

4.1 Please conduct.

- A strategic meeting with your P7 staff and any other stake holder

- Check current progress of leaners (kindly don’t say syllabus done – as it means nothing if learners have learnt nothing)

 - Publish current projected grades for each student

- Set targets for end of the year.

- Ensure RED FLAGS are raised as usual

- Send me a report on this  latest by WEDNESDAY CLOSE OF THE DAY.

5. Collection review 

- Kindly sit in with your bursars and review and help follow up with parents who have huge balances 

- Have constructive discussions not coercive or threatening 

- Get what parent can pay now and balance can be followed up and agreed upon

- Expect a report by Friday
