  CLEAR GUIDELINES FOR SET 3 PRE-MOCK   1- Please open the pack in the presence of a student 2- Let the child sign as if it it was UNEB 3- Let us ensure that time is adhered to. 4- Let us ensure that there is no malpractice or external help. 5- Let us immediately seal the exams after students are done – let children witness.  (Innocent create a signature form and put in QPs pack) 6- Keep it in safe custody. 7- Repeat for Day 2. 8- Return all 4 unmarked papers for central marking. 9- Jinja and Makindye will self mark with integrity. 10-                   Please fear God. 11-                   Don’t Cheat. 12-                   You have children too!

PLE SETS COMMENCES

  PLE SETS As promised – we shall commence our test series. Next week we are doing the first two sets. Set 1   :   Monday & Tuesday Set 2 :   Saturday & Sunday Please note : 1-       Have complete PLE SETTING 2-       Let the exams be done with Integrity. 3-       Let marking be done as per UNEB Standard. 4-       LET ALL 141 children do the SETS. No one should miss. 5-       Marks need to be filled in Via the ONLINE TRACKER for Director’s consumption I will ask the team to issue guidance on marking   @Innocent coordinate this. IMPROVING CLUB EFFECIENCY

  CLUBS I realize that our school teams have done a very ordinary job of explaining the clubs. This seem to be classic case of lack of skills or lack of application.   Please note every child will be ALLOCATED TO AT LEAST ONE CLUB (as there is no way we can keep them alone un attended, while others in club time table). Ensure you provide an update VIA PICTURES / NOTE or any such thing when the club activity is done. Further each club must be some sort of tests ( a video test for swimming) , pictures for Hands on Club , Assessment book for computer club.   Further may be noted:   Swimming STUDENTS subscribing for swimming club – their parents be informed that school will take children to swimming to a maximum of 8 weeks (times) as , first two weeks since children still report we don’t take them , and then 2 weeks are exams and it makes a total of 12 weeks in the term. VISITATION IS OVER – WHAT NEXT? HEADS OF SCHOOL: Now that Visitation is over there are some priority areas that you need to work upon: 1-       REVIEW OF THE VISITATION FEEDBACK :   ALL HEADS OF SCHOOL are to conduct a review of the visitation performance with the staff, post which they are to send a report to the director at dasacademicexcellence@gmail.com by today COB.   2-       REVIEW PRIMARY SEVEN PERFORMANCE : KINDLY do a sit in with your upper teachers, have a brainstorming on the performance so far, have your countdown started, look at the projected grades and corrective measures, 15 th July we expect syllabus to be completed.   3-       FEEDBACK ON EACH STAFF :   SEND ONE – TWO PAGE short note as feedback on staff performance so far this term. Teachers should always use words and phrases to ensure there is a : = A tone of positivity = A tone of hope = A tone of control = A tone   of progress = A tone of assurance.
