VISITATION IS OVER – WHAT NEXT?
HEADS OF SCHOOL:
Now that Visitation is over there are some priority areas
that you need to work upon:
1- REVIEW
OF THE VISITATION FEEDBACK: ALL HEADS
OF SCHOOL are to conduct a review of the visitation performance with the staff,
post which they are to send a report to the director at dasacademicexcellence@gmail.com
by today COB.

REVIEW PRIMARY SEVEN PERFORMANCE:
KINDLY do a sit in with your upper teachers, have a brainstorming on the
performance so far, have your countdown started, look at the projected grades
and corrective measures, 15th July we expect syllabus to be completed.
3-
FEEDBACK ON EACH STAFF: SEND ONE – TWO PAGE short note as feedback on
staff performance so far this term. Two to three lines on each staff is expected
to be sent on this document by Wednesday . This has to be sent on dashr2022@gmail.com
WORK (REVIEW) WITH
THE ADMINISTRATOR ON THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

RECOVERING HIGH O/S : VIGOROUSLY
ENGAGING those with HIGH O/S ( MEDARD
WILL SHARE A LIST LATER IN THE DAY – ON WHAT IS HIGH O/S and what are the steps
to be taken). Please don’t trouble those
in the list as they will pay slowly and finish.
5-
SIGN UP FOR SCHOOL TOUR : FOLLOWING
UP ON THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET SIGNED UP FOR SCHOOL TOUR – Especially those you
know want their children to go for the tour – I expect 90-100% sign up in each
section. Anything less will reflect your communication and convincing skills –
a key attribute for your role.

LOOK for efficiency of CLUBS :
Clubs are important revenue sources, hence it is important that you take interest
in clubs – always communicate on updates from clubs – HANDS ON CLUB, COMPUTER CLUB,
SWIMMING CLUB. This will help you collect the small balances.
BE ALERT, BE ACTIVE, DELVIER! CLOSE THE TERM A POSITIVE AND EFFEICEINT
