7 am - 10 am

·       Cleaning of classrooms

·       Band March / Any Pre activity

·       Decoration & Final Arrangements

·       Final Practice

·       Children go for Early Lunch Break (Special Menu)

·       Children and Participants are sitted  in allocated place

·       Welcoming Parents - 11 am on wards (a bottle of water + agenda for the day)

·       Welcome Prayer

·       Class wise presentation (Nursery – P6) – 9 Programs  ( 1/2 per class) Plus Head boy/Girl Speech 

·       Head of School Speech & Introduction of Staff

·       Staff Presentation

·       Top Class Presentation & Graduation

·       Awarding the achievers.

·       Closing Speech   - 3 PM

·       Visit to classroom – Picking of report card, fee card, student file and books.   ( 3 PM – 6PM)
