1) Mention three items required when making Easter cards.                       (3 marks)

2) If John was asked to make pancakes for breakfast, identify all the items needed.              (7 marks)

3) Draw and name any four garden tools you know.                                                    (8 marks)

4) List down three examples of flowering plants.               (4 marks)

5) In the space below, draw the picture of a granary.                      (3 marks)

1 a) Define the term nursery bed.                           (2 marks)

b) Outline any three steps in making the nursery bed.     (3 marks)

c) Mention any two crops which require to be put in the nursery bed before being transplanted to the main garden.                  (2 marks)

2 a) Mention any three good practices of taking care of crops in the garden.                              (3 marks)

b) Why do farmers add fertilizers in their gardens?           (1 mark)

c) Draw and name the garden tool used for transplanting seedlings.                       (2 marks)

3 a) Mention any two ingredients required in making banana cakes.                       (2 marks)

b)  If you were tasked to prepare fried eggs for breakfast of three adults, outline the ingredients you would need and the estimated quantities for each.  (10 marks)
