PRE-REGISTERATION MOCKS

  PRE-REGISTERATION MOCKS ·        We shall be conducting pre-registration mocks for our P7 students. Details are as follows: ·        Exam dates: 28 th & 29 th April Saturday and Sunday. ·        Venue: DAS – Mbalwa-Naalya. ·        Participating: All branches with P7 batch. ·        We shall try for a balanced paper. ·        Panel marking on 30 th /1 st   ·        Release of Results 2 nd May ·        Registration for students commences 3 rd May onwards. Frequently asked question on Weekly CCA Test!

  FAQ ON WEEKLY (FRIDAY TEST)   1.       What is the purpose? Purpose to assess mastery of competency taught during the week.   2.       How many questions should we have? Not more than 10 (maximum -2 sub questions)   3.       How much time do we allocate for the same? Not more than 15 Minutes per subject. It means in about 1 hour the test must be done.   4.       What do we do in the remaining time? Please use this time to re-teach (revise) or teach a new objective as per the requirement .   5.       What if Friday is a holiday?   Dear All, All Students those who were absent in the mid term exams Please engage their  parents Ensure they a)       Either stay back one of these days and finish their exams or b)       They come on Saturday and complete their exams ( parents drop and pick) Pls do so urgently and update by next week if all those who missed completed their exams

  A) NOTE ON MARKING OF INCOMPLETE WORK BY THE CHILDREN 1-All work must be completed: If a child has incomplete work, ensure that they take help from you, their peers and complete the work (be it in holiday package or homework booklet) 2-Don’t mark with a red line across incomplete work: Please avoid marking with big red line for incomplete work and instead advise them to complete the work immediately and show to you as complete and correct. Below is what we’re discouraging – also make corrections with a pencil inside the booklets accordingly (can be transferred to the revision book thereafter) 3 - Preserve the books: Please encourage learners to preserve their books very well, especially P4 onwards, as they are very useful for revision in higher classes.
